Most of our orders are shipped via Ground service. Standard shipping is shipped by all kind of carriers, mainly: USPS, UPS and Fed Ex. Average delivery times are 3-10 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation. Some specialty items may take up to 7 to 10 business days for delivery. If an item is on the backorder, it may take even longer. We will notify you if items in your order are on backorder. Due to adverse weather condition in winters some orders being shipped from East Coast may be delayed.
NOTE: Once your order is processed it cannot be cancelled, changed or edited.
- Free Standard shipping is available for some items up to a certain weight limit. Free shipping is not eligible for PO Boxes& APO/FPO addresses and Hawaii, Alaska and US territories.
- Free shipping is available for US orders only.
- If you qualify for FREE Standard Shipping but your order also contains one or more ineligible items, you'll be charged shipping fees for those ineligible items.
- Canceling items, combining orders, or changing your shipping address, speed, or preference might affect your order's eligibility for Free Standard Shipping.
- Weekend delivery cannot be requested. We use a variety of carriers to deliver orders, and some do not deliver on weekends.
- If you return or cancel an item that is offered with free shipping, the original outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. The return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
- We reserve the right to change or discontinue FREE Standard Shipping at any time.

International Shipping :
Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, tariffs and customs laws in Buyer's country (see additional restrictions below).

- The customer is responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply.
- Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country. It is the customer's responsibility to check with their Customs office to see if their country permits the shipment of our products to their country.
- If for any reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. If the package is returned to us by Customs Officials, the customer is still responsible for any shipping charges.
Please Note: From the time we receive your order, it may take up to 2 business days to ship your order as we check all orders manually. If your order is received after 9 AM PST it will be processed the next business day and may take up to 48 hours to ship from there. To avoid frauds and your security, we prefer shipping to the addresses that are listed with your credit card company. If you are providing us an address to ship your product that is not listed with your credit card company, it is suggested to call your credit card company to have the shipping address listed so that your order is not delayed. Orders may get delayed because extra time is needed to ensure no fraud has taken place. You will be contacted via email and/or phone if the billing department requires more information to process your order. Please respond to all queries as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary delays.
All prices quoted at our site are in US funds. While we try our best to ship the products by selected shipping method for an order but shipping options are not guaranteed. Occasionally, we may find that there is some delay with one carrier and sending the package out with an alternative carrier will be faster and deliver the products on time. If that happened to be the case, we will switch carrier at the time to shipment.
We keep our website updated with inventory status but products can go out of stock quickly any time and gets discontinued without any prior notification from manufacturers. As soon as the product is gone from the shelf in the warehouse, it goes out of stock. Items that have been discontinued by the manufacturer will be removed from our site as soon as we run out of stock in the warehouse. If one or more of the item(s) from your order is on backorder, or is discontinued, we may ship a partial order to you. We issue refund for the products not shipped due to reasons beyond our control. If an item is discontinued, we will issue you a refund. Backorder items are handled case by case basis depending upon the ETA from the manufacturer.
Even though most of the products we ship have relatively longer shelf life but you are guaranteed to get a product that will have a minimum of 30 days of shelf life. Some brands have long shelf life, please email us to find out if you item has longer shelf life.
We reserve the right to correct any errors including product prices, shipping charges, discounts, taxes and product total amount(s) that happened due to any technical problems at the web site. You are liable for any outstanding amount if products are already received by you.
Buyer is responsible for applicable Canadian taxes. You are advised to read the International Shipping Restrictions also.
Retail Orders Policy:
HealthSuperstore.com current Retail Order Policy states that retail order shipments may only be made for retail transactions and not for any transactions involving third-party reimbursement or act of HealthSuperstore.com being responsible for a prescription for the medical device(s) included in this purchase.
By accepting these terms and conditions, retail customers hereby testify to the fact that this order is for a retail transaction and is not a third-party reimbursement transaction. Customers acknowledge that it is the responsibility of the retail customer to know their insurance status if applicable and that the purchase of the product(s) included in this purchase do not at any time make HealthSuperstore.com responsible for having a prescription. By making this purchase the retail customer certifies that he/she has a prescription as required for the product(s) being purchased.
By accepting these terms and conditions, retail customers acknowledge the understanding that as the owner of any medical device, it is the responsibility of the retail customer to arrange for product setup and instruction.
Please note that Xapp products will not be shipped to the customers living in European Union.
Rehabilitation or medical products:
Many rehabilitation products are not shipped to P O Boxes. Shipping of these products take 7 to 15 business if the item is in stock. Many products are needed to be custom made on order and they take longer. Especially, the cushions and chairs. Due to the rehabilitation and hygiene nature of our products, these products are non-returnable. Hygiene items such as bed and relaxation, bath safety, braces, cushions, pillows, gloves, uplift seat assists, puddies and leg lifters are not returnable. Email us to see if a product is returnable before purchase if you are not sure.
Some specialty items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and may take 7 to 15 business days or more for delivery. There may not be a tracking number available for these kind of items as they need to be crated and picked up by transportation companies like Roadrunner, Estes Freight, RLCarriers etc.
All medical supplies may take 10-20 business days to deliver.
Made to Order item:
Some products are custom built after an order is received. If your order includes “Made to Order item” it may take up to 20-25 to receive the item(s).
Heat Sensitive Products:
Products requiring shipment in a cool environment (perishable and frozen items) are subject to special shipping procedures due to their sensitive nature to ensure customers receive products in good condition. Health Superstore recommends that heat sensitive products ship with Overnight delivery. Returns are not allowed on any heat sensitive items that are not shipped overnight, unless the product was damaged when received; in that case, Customer Service must be notified within 24 hours of the date and time the order was received to allow for return.
Shipping time is calculated from the day the order is shipped, not from the day it was ordered. Please call us to process orders with Overnight shipping.
Special Order Products:
Certain items are special order only and require special handling. Please note that special order items take extended time (3 to 6 weeks) to deliver and are non-returnable.

Free shipping offer is available only to certain items on the website. Eligible items are clearly marked as "Qualify for FREE shipping offer". You can get free shipping (only on eligible items) either by buying certain quantities of a product or by placing an order worth $199.95 or more. Your order should be shipped within the 48 contiguous states of United States of America.
