Shipping Policies
Standard Shipping: Orders are shipped via Ground service. Average delivery times are 3-10 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation.
 UPS: UPS Ground, 3 Day, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are available as shipping options within the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping rates are based on the weight of your order as calculated using the UPS shipping rate table. This shipping charge will appear in your shopping cart as you finalize your order BUT before your credit card is charged so you can review this amount. Upon shipment of your order, you will be emailed a shipment confirmation and a tracking number so you can track your order.
Priority Mail: Orders are shipped via US Priority Mail and delivered within 3-6 business days of when you place your order (military addresses may take longer. Upon shipment of your order, you will be emailed a shipment confirmation and a delivery confirmation number so you can confirm that your order has shipped.
Orders are shipped via Deutsche Post Global Priority Packet Service. You will be charged based on the weight of your order as calculated using the Deutsche Post shipping rates. This shipping charge will appear in your shopping cart as you finalize your order BUT before your credit card is charged so you can review this amount. Upon shipment of your order, you will be emailed a shipment confirmation so you can confirm that your order has shipped. Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, tariffs and customs laws in Buyer's country (see additional restrictions below).

International Shipping Restrictions:
- We accept payment only by Paypal using either credit card or Paypal account.
- We ship by Deutsche Post International but no tracking information will be provided.
- The customer pays actual shipping charges based on the weight of the package. Shipping charges alone are frequently 50% to 100% of the total cost of the products. Your shipping charge will appear in your shopping cart as you finalize your order BUT before your credit card is charged so you can review this amount.
- Prepayment is required. Payment must be by credit card, US money order, or personal check drawn on US bank.
- The customer is responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply.
- Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country. It is the customer's responsibility to check with their Customs office to see if their country permits the shipment of our products to their country.
- If for any reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. If the package is returned to us by Customs Officials, the customer is still responsible for any shipping charges.
Please Note: All prices quoted within at our site are in US funds.
Canadian Orders
All shipments to Canada are Duty Free and Customs Free. Buyer is responsible for applicable Canadian taxes. The actual shipping time takes 2 to 6 weeks on average utilizing our partnership with Deutsche Post. The shipping rate charged in the shopping cart is a delivered price to the customer's door including all duties and customs so there is no hassle at all with having to pay any additional fees or pick up their package from the post office or customs office.
