Return Policy

Damages

HealthSuperstore.com makes every effort to safely secure and ship all packages, but we understand that sometimes merchandise can be damaged during the shipping process. Merchandise damaged during shipping should be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. 

HealthSuperstore.com will accept responsibility to replace any expired, spoiled, or otherwise 'bad' product (this does not include the subjective nature of a flavor that a customer does not particularly care for.  In other words, "I don't like the way it tastes" is not a valid reason for replacement).  Also, if the package/items are damaged in transit, we will replace the item at no cost to you.  Uncommonly, a packing error will occur where the customer receives the wrong item; we will reship the correct item and provide a prepaid return label so that you have no out-of-pocket expense to return an order; if return label is not provided the shipping paid by customer will be reimbursed for the authorized returns. The product returned must be in unopened and re-sellable condition.  Return Authorization Number is required to accept all returns. Absolutely NO exceptions.

Returns

  • Please submit your return request to obtain RMA number prior to returning any merchandise – it may take up to two business days to process a return request. Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging as delivered (not opened or damaged). The product returned must be in unopened and re-sellable condition.
  • Full refund will be issued for authorized returns on unopened packages (same as delivered) returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • A 25% restocking fee and pick up/ return fee ($8.00 plus) will be applied to all returns including refused delivery or for orders cancelled after shipping unless preauthorized by us in writing.
  • Once the order is processed it CAN NOT be cancelled, changed or edited.
  • All fluids are Final Sales. Due to the Heavy Weight and Shipping Costs, No Returns Will Be Accepted for Drinks.
  • If you return an item that is offered with free shipping, the original outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. The return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping order back to our warehouse.
  • Original shipping charge is non refundable.
  • You should return the product to the same warehouse that is assigned to your Return Authorization Number. We provide this information at the time of issuing a Return Authorization Number. Any product code starting with "HS3" are Final Sales and can not be returned.
  • Due to the rehabilitation and hygiene nature of some of our products, many of our products are non-returnable. Hygiene items such as bed and relaxation, bath safety, braces, cushions, pillows, gloves, uplift seat assists, puddies and leg lifters, socks, pantyhoses are not returnable. Email us to see if a product is returnable before purchase if you are not sure.
  • All misorders should be reported within 1 business day and are subject to a restock fee if product is already shipped. We do not take back misordered perishable or frozen misordered items.
  • Please allow 2-4 weeks for your refund to reflect on your credit card statement.
  • We are not responsible for typographical errors that may appear on our online web site or catalog.
  • While we try to keep the website updated with latest product information and pictures, actual product you receive may look little different than what you see on the website due to sheer number of products we carry. Product description and packaging changes often and sometimes manufacturers don't inform us. We keep our website up to date but product information at the website is not guaranteed to be 100% accurate. Please contact us before ordering if you have any questions about packaging or product descriptions.

Bad Batch

If you receive a bad product and need it to be replaced, please contact us immidiately with Lot#, Batch# & the Expiration Date on the product. You will need Return Authorization Number to get the product replaced or get a refund. Please DO NOT throw away the product(s) unless instructed to do so. We can't accept returns on bad batches after 1 week.

Return Authorization Number is required to accept all returns. Absolutely NO Exceptions.

International Customers:

We accept payment only by PayPal using either credit card or PayPal account. We ship by Deutsche Post International but no tracking information is provided.

HealthSuperstore.com is not responsible for the items that are prohibited in your country. New items get banned all the time and each country has different ingredients and items that are not allowed. We encourage you to check with customs department in your country before placing an order to make sure there is no ingredient/item that is prohibited in your country.

Healthsuperstore.com is not resoponsible for any seize by the customs department of your country.

You will not be eligible to get your refunds unless we receive the undamaged packages safely to our warehouse. 25% restocking fee will be applied to orders returned by customs as "illegal to import."

Equipment / Fitness Machine Returns

** Make sure you save the box and packaging **

If you are not 100% satisfied with your fitness equipment, you may return the equipment within 30 days of receipt of your order.

Just call us and get a return authorization number from our customer service department. The equipment must be returned in the same package and must not be damaged in any way.

Any damaged items may NOT be returned. Shipping costs from Health Superstore are NOT refundable and any return to Health Superstore must be paid for and arranged by the customer.

Refunds are issued within 2 business days after receiving products back at the warehouse .
