International Orders:

We ship by Deutsche Post International but no tracking information will be provided.

HealthSuperStore.com is not responsible for the items that are prohibited in your country. New items get banned all the time and each country has different ingredients and items that are not allowed. You need to check with customs in your country before placing an order to make sure there is no ingredient/item that is prohibited in your country.

Healthsuperstore.com is not resoponsible for any seize by the customs department of your country. If a package gets returned from customs we may issue credits but we will not issue a refund unless the package is received back to our warehouse.
Billing Terms & Conditions:
We verify all the billing information provided by the customer. Please make sure that you are providing us with the correct credit card billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If your billing address is different from your shipping address, Please Clear the checkbox to type the billing address into the appropriate fields. Otherwise we may hold your order and contact you for confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel any order that is unable to be verified or processed.
Credit Card Fraud:
Our system automatically verifies all addresses with VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Your IP address will be automatically recorded as part of your order.
PS: For any order of large amount, our company requires a signed Authorization Form which should be filled out by the cardholder, and fax back to us in order for us to process the order.
