There is no added caffeine so it doesnt keep me wide awake at night but it helps burn calories faster, speeds up the metabolism and curbs the appetite. I have managed to keep my bmi level to 18.5 which is a lot less than it was 20 yrs ago. Diet and exercise is a must! This product is not a magic bullet to weight loss, but it is a good, safe and effective weight loss aid. I swear by it!"
