I've been taking it since the 50's - first on Adelle Davis' recommendation. Found it great for muscle cramps, even when my daughters had menstrual cramps. Had a bone density test two years ago and at 84, it showed the bones of a 40-yr old.

Great for leg cramps too! "If you dont want to take calcium for your bones, then how about taking it for restless legs or leg cramps! I read in a book that it works for that.
