I have been using this product for at least ten years and have confidence that Twinlab is an ethical company that I can rely on for high quality supplements. When taking large amounts of B vitamins, as I have been doing for about twenty five years, it is my belief that maintaining the natural ratio of components in the complex is important. I think that Twinlab supplies nearly all of these in their product line."

I can't say for sure that this dose is working for my carpal tunnel syndrome but I'm giving it time to work.
