Excellent Product and Value "Ive suffered from migraine headaches my whole life (classic migrainer). I used the herb feverfew for over 10 years to effectively decrease the frequency and severity of occurence. About 8 months ago I suddenly experienced a resurgence in symptoms. I suspected the feverfew lost its effectiveness since I read articles suggesting this. I talked to my doctor and asked if there are other nutraceuticals that can help. She suggested 400mg of vitamin B2 with 400mg of magnesium every day. Vitamin B2 is hard to find in stores locally and even when I find it its usually expensive and available in 50mg per pill doses. Twinlabs B2 100mg per capsule is a good product and a great value since it comes as 100 capsules per bottle. I use it along with NSIs Magnesium Citrate. Ive been using this combination for over 6 months and can say that it works better than feverfew to reduce migraine occurence."
