Great product, smells heavenly. My face is liking it a lot

I did not even receive this item!!! I received liquid hand soap instead! I called your customer service and they said they would sent out the correct product. Instead they sent out the exact same product, which was 2 liquid hand soaps. As you can see the Thayer Witch hazel in rose petal is what I ordered. I have found this inexcusable , as I allowed for one mistake, and another of the same request occured. I am skeptical of this business now, as this is the first order I have requested and have had such a bad experience!

I use this to clean my lab mix's yeasty ears. I put some on a tissue or cloth, and he'll sit for me as long as it takes. He likes having his ears cleaned with this, because there is no alcohol sting.

Great for hot and humid days "I love using this when the weather gets really hot and humid. I usually put in a small spritzer and spray it on my face for a little hydration. It does the trick and you feel better. This smells really good too. It is a very subtle rose smell."
