How do I enter my weight in pedometer 360?

To have the calories function work properly you need to enter your weight. It is very easy to enter information in fitness pedometer. Take the following steps:

  1. Press the MODE button (C) on the display panel until you see CALORIE mode.
  2. Press MODE button (C ) once the hold for 2 seconds to get WEIGHT setting mode.
  3. Press button (A) or (B) to set you weight information. Every click on button (A) will increase the weight by 10 LB or 5 KG and every click on button (B) decreases the weight by 10 pounds or 5 kilograms.
  4. Once you set the proper weight, the display will blink for 7 seconds and then the display will skip back to the CALORIE mode.

How do I reset my Pedometer?
Press the RESET button (A) and hold for two seconds. The upper display and lower display will be rest to zero except for the CLOCK mode and previous seven days travel records. To RESET the seven-day memory, press and hold (A) for five seconds, all digits will show. Release (A). The memory will delete. However, this will also change MIL to KM. Simply press and hold (A) for five seconds again to change back to your preferred (KM or MIL) distance measurement. Defining the next level of browser-based content editing.
How do I set time of day in my sportline pedometer?

It take only 3 steps to enter the time in the sportline pedometer 360:

  • Press the MODE button (C) on the display panel repeatedly to reach CLOCK mode.
  • Press button (C) once and hold for 2 seconds to get 12 or 24-hour time setting mode. Press button (A) or (B) once to set 12-hour format or 24 hours time format.
  • Press the MODE button (C) once to get into CLOCK setting. Both numbers will blink. Press button (A) for hour setting and (B) button for minute setting. After completing the setting, display will automatically go back to CLOCK mode after seven seconds. 

How do I use the Distance Counter Function in Fitness pedometer 360?

With Distance Counter Function, you can count the distance you travel during an exercise period or all day. You target should be walk or jog four miles per day.

  • Press the MODE button (C) to get to STEP mode.
  • Press RESET button (A), hold for two seconds, and begin walking, running or hiking. The display will show 00000 and will begin to record your steps and distance.
