Suggested Use:AEROBITINE: Take 2-4 capsules, 2-3 times per day, depending upon body weight and level of exercise. Aerobitine is also recommended to be taken 30 minutes before aerobic exercise or weight training. it is not recommended for use in the late evening because it may cause sleep disturbance.

ZMA: Take 3 capsules daily for men and 2 capsules daily for women, preferably on an empty stomach 30-60 minutes prior to bedtime. For best results, avoid taking foods or supplements containing calcium.
