Suggested Use:
Read the entire label and follow directions carefully. Take two (2) capsules with water upon walking (before breakfast). Then take two (2) capsules with water 30 minutes before your workout. On non-workout days, take the second dose of two (2) capsules with water about 3 pm. Store tightly closed in a cool dry place. For optimal potency use by expiration date.
