works well "i use it to get rid of my mouth sores and it really works. i take 3 a day and i have no problems. sometimes when i cut back i start to get them again but if i maintain the proper dosage it really keeps them away."

Great product "One or two cold sores inside my lower lip begin to show up when my L-arganine supplement builds up and thats when I take just two tabs of super lysine to suppress the cold sores. It works, big time. I guess one tab a day maybe optimal maintainance dose for me."
