PINES Wheat Grass. It’s real, it’s natural, and it’s certified organic a whole food that’s been harvested at the absolute peak of its nutritional value. Note: We offer two sizes of tablets because some customers prefer the smaller tablets. Whichever size, our tablets are equivalent nutritionally by weight. (3.5 grams is a serving for both tablet sizes, as well as for the powder.)
We also offer Wheat Grass Juice Powder, but it is more expensive and less nutritious than our pure powders, and since our goal is to offer maximum convenient nutrition at the best prices, we make it harder for you to find it. On the plus side, it does offer sweeter taste and no fiber (for those very few people who need less fiber in their diets.)
And finally, we offer Wheat Grass Pellets, which are the form the wheat grass comes out of the dehydrator and how it is stored until we make it into powders and tablets. The pellets are very hard, and require soaking to soften them up for human consumption. As such, they are not particularly convenient. Once soft, they are like large tea leaves, not powder, and do not mix well at all in water. If you can get past their various downsides, they are your most economical option.

Suggested Use:Take 7 tablets with water or juice for a serving of a deep green leafy vegetable. We recommend 2-3 daily servings. Store in a cool, dark, dry place.
