Suggested Use:
This tea may also be used as a gentle daily detox. Pour 8 oz of freshly boiled water over tea bag in a cup and infuse for 3 or more minutes. Add milk or dairy substitute and a sweetener for enhancing taste. Double the strength when serving iced.
Iced Tea: Pour 2 cups of boiling water over 8 tea bags and steep for 20 minutes. Remove tea bags and add 2 cups of cold water. Refrigerate to cool and pour over ice. Makes 1 quart.
