Best Flax seed oil on the market "I did alot of research on flax seed oil and discovered that the Omego-flo is the only one to consider. After trying many different kinds from cheapos at the drug store to expensive non-omega flo type oils I have to say this product is not only safer, more effective, and palatalble it also has a pleasant nutty flavor unlike the grassy, nasty, bitter types I have tried. I also discovered that other kinds, especially gel caps are actually more harmful than good as they break down with light exposure. I highly recommend Jarrow omega-flo."
