Silymarin (Silybum marianum), also known as Milk Thistle, is an herb that is well documented in early traditional herbal medicine. Milk thistle helps alleviate the symptoms of hepatitis, cirrhosis, and inflammatory liver conditions. It is one of the most effective herbs known for relieving liver disorders.
