Soy Isoflavones I do not like to take supplements but this really does seem to work. I like the fact it is vegetarian too.

Seems To Be Helping I bought this product to see if it can help level out symptoms from hormonal changes 2 to 3 weeks out of the month that trigger migraines. I think treating the cause rather than the symptoms is more worthwhile in the long term. So far it does seem to be helping however it has only been 3 weeks since I started so time will tell if my experiment will work.

Great product. I have been using this preduct for years. I recently ran out and I could tell the differece! I am not crazy about the taste of soy so this is a great way to get the isoflazones without having to taste them.
