Great product This is the best Zinc formulation as far as I know. For Zinc is very hard to absorb. This is the best form, so you can be sure your body will get Zinc. My brother uses it too, and after a week or so, his astma was getting less! I use it together with Iron 18 mg and Cupper 2 mg. Only those have to be taken at least 4 hours later or earlier as the Zinc.

Now Foods Since having one anneurism repaired [ascending],I have been told I have another [abdomen]. I have done extensive research and learned our soil has been depleted of selenium and copper since WW I. Both of these minerals [along with other elements] strengthen the cardiovascular system. This is a good combo [I take selenium with a dry Vitamin E], that also introduces Zinc, needed for assimilation and as an immune system booster. Easily tolerated.
