Lecithin is a naturally occurring compound found in all cells in nature, plant and animal. Suggested Usage:  As a dietary supplement, take 2 tablespoons daily, preferably with a meal.  Mix in juice or shakes, or sprinkle on food.  Consider taking this product in combination with NOW® Bee Pollen, L-Carnitine and Omega-3 Fish Oil.
