Yes I've used this for sleep over the last 4 months or so. It works for me. Like the other reviewer my sleep problem is probably due to stress - or rather an over-sensitivity to stress. This product helped me where nothing else nutritional has. I take a ton of it though - 11 capsules per night. Of course insomnia isn't fixed by just taking one just product. You've got to experiment then observe carefully and know what works. In addition to using this I also improve my sleep by doing a Chi Kung "rooting" exercise (stand and feel as if you have roots going into the ground). I take steps to reduce stress during the day - eg. sometimes I take a bath, Or I try keep mentally relaxed while I work.
