Slow In Giving the Effect Expected "I tried to take Zyflammend Easy Caps alone for a week to see if it will work, I was kinda disapppointed. After a week without feeling any relief I tried to include Turmeric Force of New Chapter. I did try to take Turmeric Force alone and I felt the difference for the better. I think they are a good combination. After a month the clicking on my bones has diminished. I still have the tightness on my hands. I am able to exercise with great ease, very minimal clicking also with exercise joints gets better too. I do include a teaspoon of Extra Virgin Coconut Oil everyday. I am guessing that this should really be taken for a long term before it kicks in. Maybe. So, I would say 4 out of five would be my rating."

Zyflamend for arthritic dogs At the advice of my local Herbal Pharmacy I started using Zyflamend for my arthritic dog. It does not have any of the horrible side effects possible with more common Cox-2 drugs like Rimadyl and Deramaxx, and has kept my old girl amazingly comfortable for over a year now. I believe it to be just as effective as the more traditional arthritis drugs, but I feel much more comfortable giving it to her. I have also used it myself for a wrenched knee (pain gone in 1/2 hour and never came back) and TMJ (jaw pain) which traditional NSAIDs wouldn't touch. I think this is an excellent product and I recommend it whenever I can.

Weight control I was very surprised to find that in addition to the advertized benefits, Zyflamend is also a good appetite supressant. While taking it, I noticed a signifgant decrease in the amount of snacking I do.
