Good stuff "I came across turmeric extract more or less accidentally as a way of trying to control sinus problems when I ate some packaged Indian food that was extra-high in curucumin. It completely dried up a miserable sinus problem within minutes, and held it in check for a couple of hours at least. A little Internet research suggested turmeric extract would do the same thing, so I bought some (not Natures Way) at a local store, and it seemed to have a modest effect. Then I found Natures Way TE on this site at a very good price, ordered 3, and began taking it when the original batch ran out. It was much more powerful than the first brand, and I always feel the "drying out" effect quite clearly when I take it. Over the long term, I dont know whether it will help my sinuses as much as I hope, but its worth continuing to find out. Oh...and I noticed a few days after starting Natures Way that a sore shoulder had cleared up, something I later found out was supposed to be another benefit of turmeric extract."

Great price "healthsuperstore sells this for about 1/2 of what it costs at Whole Foods. I take it regularly to help with my medication for microscopic colitis."

relives osteoarthritis pain "I dont like to take aspirin, so I tried this turmeric to relieve my hip pain. It definitely helps. I can ride my bike and walk my dog. I have to ride a girls bike -- I cant swing my leg up and over a boys bike any more. Im not as good as new, but this herb his helpful."
