Ultimate Fiber contains a blend of fiber and herbs to improve digestion and elimination while cleansing and toning the entire gastrointestinal tract. The perfect blend of natural fibers and herbs, Ultimate Fiber will not swell, gel, or dehydrate your body like many other fiber supplements can.

Ultimate Fiber contains F.O.S. for the production of the beneficial bacteria in your intestinal system. It gently cleanses and nourishes the colon. Ultimate fiber is also an acidophilus supplement, with over 20 grams of high potency, dairy free acidophilus in each bottle. Our unique strain of acidophilus, BT1386, is shelf stable.

Ultimate Fiber was designed with fiber sensitive individuals in mind. Many researchers recommend that adults consume 25-35 grams of dietary fiber per day.

Proprietary blend 7 g: Psyllium Husk (seed kernal), Marshmallow (root), Slippery Elm (bark), Lactobacillus Acidophilus (Dairy Free), FOS (fructoligosaccharides).
Other ingredients: Rice powder and natural flavor.

Suggested Use :

As a fiber supplement, adults and children 12 years of age and over: Mix one tablespoon in at least 8 ounces (a full glass) of juice or water twice a day. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water daily.
