Suggested Use:

Brewing Instructions:
Each bag makes 32ounces(1qt). Boil 1 gallon of water. Remove from heat
and add all four tea bags. After ten minutes, remove the tea bags. Do
not boil the tea. Sweeten to taste, if desired.
Drinking Instructions:
The day of the desired cleansing, on an empty stomach, drink all the tea
continuously for three hours prior to the time you want to be clean.
Tea is effective for two hours after finishing. Urinate frequently. Take
all enclosed supplement capsules when you have finished 3/4 of the tea.
Pace your drinking so you can finish the last glass as close as
possible to your desired time.
