MRM Flax Oil 90 gels

Flax Oil is one of nature's richest sources of both linolenic (omega-3) and linoleic (omega-6) fatty acids. These are considered essential fatty acids (EFA) due to their requirement for proper human growth and development. The results from the latest National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) showed pronounced imbalances and deficiencies of these fatty acids in the American diet. Investigations show that imbalances can lead to serious pathologies such as decreased cardiovascular health, reduced cognitive function and inflammatory processes*.
