Jarrow Formulas Qh-Absorb - 60 Sgels (60 Softgels)

Jarrow Formulas QH-absorb utilizes the Q-absorb natural proliposome lipid-soluble delivery system, which has been clinically shown in humans to increase Co-Q10 levels up to 400% (3.2x) over baseline and is 3-4 times better absorbed than chewable Co-Q10 tablets. Co-Q10 supports heart function as a component of the electron transport system, and as an antioxidant protects mitochondrial membranes and cholesterol from oxidation.

Ubiquinol is the reduced (active) form of Co-Q10, the form which is directly used in human metabolism as a lipid-soluble antioxidant. While standard Co-Q10 (ubiquinone) supplements can be activated in the body, this activation can be less efficient in some individuals, based on age or genetics. Ubiquinol also has superior bioavailability to ubiquinone, as demonstrated in clinical trials.

Ubiquinol is derived from Co-Q10 that is maufactured via a yeast-fermentation process and consists only of the natural trans configuration, the same as is biosynthesized by humans. Jarrow Formulas supports clinical research on Coenzyme Q10.

Vitamin E: 4mg
Phosphatidylcholine, medium chain triglycerides, beeswax, rosmarinic acid and ascorbyl palmitate. Softgel consists of gelatin, glycerin and water. Carob and caramel extract added as a light barrier.

Superior Product I have been using all of the highly absorbable forms of Coq10 for the last 10 years from the soft gels to the chewable forms. I noticed an improvement within days of starting this. The best product for heart health.

Doesn't contain hydrogenated oil. Jarrow is always among best if not the best supplement brand ! Life extension brand Ubiquinol contains hydrogenated oil in its labeled other ingredients.

Pills are really big. The only problem dad has is swallowing the big black pills. It does seem to do him good though. Fast acting and can see a difference in his energy levels already. Thanks for the great prices.

Efficient Assimulation Method My readings and research shows this product as the best Co-Q-10 product to take. I don't find any bad "fillers" in it either. This is an upgraded Jarrow formula that contains the reduced and active form of Co-Q10 called ubiquinol. It is the most bio-available form that is used directly by the human system. The body’s conversion of the standard Co-Q10 form to an active one is less efficient as a person ages.

Best Value for this new type of Co-Q10 Recent research shows this new type of Co-Q10 to be from 4 to 8 times better absorbed than the typical Co-Q10. This is actually cost effective to replace the regular Co-Q10.
