Excellent for Mild-to-Moderate BPH "Having researched the main ingredient in this formula (SabalSelect, from Indena, S.p.a., of Italy, a leading supplier of botanical extracts to the supplement industry), I found the Saw Palmetto extract in Prostate Optimizer works best for men with mild-to-moderate symptoms of BPH (commonly referred to as enlarged prostate). If you have more severe urinary flow-related problems due to BPH, you might want to try something stronger, such as Life Extension Foundations Advanced Natural Prostate Formula or New Chapters Prostate 5-LX."

Prostate problems? "If you use a product like Jarrow formulas for Prostate problems you wont have them in my opinoin. While my husbands friend in the same age as him are having so many problems and my husband has no problems. It sells itself. Everything a man needs all in this one product."

"I have been using Prostate Optimizer for almost a year now. I have noticed a slight increase in my urinary stream, as well as a notable correction for post urinary drip. I take one capsule in morning and one in evening. I am well pleased with this product, as well as several other Jarrows Formulas that I use on a regular basis."
