Jarrow Formulas Cla - Conjugated Linoleic Acid - 90 Sgels
CLA contains conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), a unique optical isomer of the polyunsaturated fatty acid, linoleic acid. CLA is a lipid component of cell membranes and breast milk. Research has shown up to a 10% reduction in body fat for those taking CLA in combination with a metabolic accelerator.
Combined with exercise, CLA 750 helps your body with:

- Increasing lean muscle mass.
Although dietary sources of CLA typically include red meat and dairy products, Jarrow Formulas CLA 750 is derived from safflower oil. Two CLA 750 softgels offer the CLA equivalent of 38 slices of cheese. CLA has been shown in animal experiments to assist in glucose metabolism, body fat reduction and enhancement/retention of lean body mass (muscle). Each 1000 mg softgel contains a minimum 75-82% CLA (providing at least 750 mg CLA per softgel).
Ingredient Details:Mixed tocopherols. Softgel consists of gelatin, glycerin, water and natural caramel color (added as a light barrier).
