Colic runs in my family. I learned that European research last year found probiotics to be the most effective cure for colic, so, I already had it in my refrigerator before my son was born. I used another brand (Udo's Choice) and my son had no colic and has had a happy tummy from birth onwards. His skin is and always has been beautiful. I switched to this brand a few months into his life and I have the impression that this one (Jarrow) is the best. Also, it dissolves better.

Amazing Product for Babies We started using this product when we switched to all formula for our baby. It kept her nice and regular. In fact, she had major surgery and with the help of this formula, she stayed regular, feeling good (very little gas), and made a very fast recovery. I LOVE this product and will keep my daughter on it until she is finished with formula and on 100% solid foods.

Didnt work for our baby "Tried for a week and it didnt seem to work for our baby. She was still very gassy and this seemed to make her more fussy. It may just be that she is sensitive and this could work for someone else."

After this product "cured" two cases of severe colic in both of my children when they were a few weeks old, I began to use this to jump start newborn pups and kittens in my practice. All around - it is the perfect innoculant for sterile gut syndrome (newborns, after antibiotics, severe enteritis, etc). It is especially important if an individual has had his/her appendix removed. This stuff is great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Our 2mos old was having a terrible time with cholic and within 4 days he was like another child, happy and smiling all the time. Asked the Dr about it and he said it was safe to use from now on, so we will be ordering more.
