Jarrow Arginine + Ornithine, 100 Caps
Jarrow Formulas Arginine + Ornithine have Immune Response Abilities. It helps maintain a healthy immune system of the body. It contains only crystalline, pure free form amino acids. L-Arginine is a semi-essential amino acid synthesized by the body from Ornithine. L-ornithine may be used as an alternative since it metabolizes to L-arginine in the body. It is required for the body to synthesize nitric oxide, which enables the arterial system to retain its youthful elasticity. Arginine and Ornithine support protein synthesis as they are involved in the transport and storage of nitrogen. Arginine, as a part of physical performance, is used by muscle tissue to produce creatine.
Arginine, ornithine and lysine are amino acids. They should work extremely well with glutamine, which is another amino acid. It is best to take it as a dietary supplement roughly 30 minutes before physical workout. Alternatively, it should be ingested on a relatively empty stomach either late in the evening or early in the morning. There are not any known side effects in the amounts taken, Arginine Ornithine Lysine is safe and effective.
