Alpha Lipoic Acid Sustain is a sustained release format to minimize gastric irritation and blood sugar fluctuations. Alpha Lipoic Acid is a disulfide molecule, It speeds the removal of glucose from the bloodstream, at least partly by enhancing insulin function, and it reduces insulin resistance, an underpinning of many cases of coronary heart disease and obesity. A thiol (or -SH) consists of a sulfur and a hydrogen atom.It contains Biotin which is a B vitamin that plays an important role in energy metabolism. It helps four essential enzymes break down carbohydrates, fats, and proteins.
