Works Great on my Stiff Joints! I started getting very stiff, swollen, sore joints around the age of 30. I suffered for a few years and then starting using this product - it started to take effect only about a week or so after first taking them. My knuckles/joints/ankles rarely ever get stiff, swollen or sore with regular usage. The only fault I could possibly find with this product is that it has to be taken at inconvenient times as I am used to taking products with a meal, otherwise near perfect!

Excellent Arthritis Support "I have used this product for years to relieve arthritis pain and increase mobility. It has been a great help especially with my neck arthritis, but also my other joints. The fact that it includes Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids puts this product well ahead of products that are just glucosamine and chondroitin. I have at times thought I felt so good I really dont need this product anymore, but a few weeks without it realy shows how much it is helping."

It works for me "The directions say to take it many times a day but I find that taking one in the morning is good enough for me. I was taking two and found my knees cramping in the back and sides probably from too much of a good thing."
