great natural detox! i first bought this product at a large natural foods retailer. I was hesitant at first due to price. I tried the liquid supplement and received great results after one week. I was more energized, slept better, my body didn't feel as lethargic. i also decided to then supplement the day/night pills. these are great! gives me energy during day, (no snack cravings late afternoon) and the night pills helped calm my system and i felt more relaxed. i would recommend this product, especially to a first time detoxer!

Detox and diet "I think this is a great supplement so help with detoxification and weight loss. It is a good way to jump start a healthy life style. I cant say that I felt any differen when I used this product nor that I lost a lot of weight. But I think it is a good supplement to a healthy diet and exercise if one wants to lose weight and get healthy as I do."

Detoxify while traveling When I travel these pack well & can be taken to help me clear any toxins from my body caused by traveling. I prefer the 1234 detox liquid when at home because it can be adjusted to help maintain or be increased if my activity or eating habits dictate a greater need to detoxify.
