The Total EFA™ Vegetarian supplies a fair combination of Borage Oil, Certified Organic Flax Oil and Evening Primrose Oil along with high content of lignan. With a new appetizing flavor, it can be consumed alone, or with pasta, drizzled over salads, vegetables and other food. It includes the maximum Omega-3 Alpha Linolenic Acid (ALA) content for each tablespoon for whichever product and it is the only formula with Evening Primrose Oil. Flax Oil is only alternative of Fish Oil for vegetarians. The omega-3 ALA in Flax Oil is changed into EPA and omega-3 DHA by the body. As always, these products are developed with no chemicals; making sure the most bioavailable EFAs.
