Is there any way to find out if my fat burner is working for me?
When it all comes down to fat burning or gaining weight for that matter, most people use a regular bathroom scale to help them determine if they are losing weight. This is not the way to do it.
Primarily there are three effective ways to measure if a fat burner is working for you or not, they include:
- Body Fat Scales: Home version. There are many versions of the body fat analyzers on the market. They all claim to be able to measure your body fat percentage very quickly with zero hassle. And for the most part they do work.
- Skin fold Callipers: These are much like very big tweezers. Callipers are used to hold on to your folds of skin at about 8 specific points on your body to measure the thickness. This is not the best method to use in determining if certain fat burning pills are working for you.
- Hydrostatic Weighing: This consists of underwater weighing. Basically, you sit on a scale inside a tank of water with big tubes in your mouth, your nose clamped and blow out as much air as you can. You are submersed completely.

Why do I need fat burners?
The basic idea with the fat burner is that if they can raise your metabolism even a little bit, you will burn more calories each day, even while resting. Fat burners do not replace exercise and healthy diet. Your fat burner might help you to meet the trouble shooting towards your targets of loosing weight.

I have seen Green tea extract in the ingredient list of many fat burners. Why is that?
Green tea extract is a common ingredient in many fat burners as it helps with thermogenesis and fat metabolism. It works without increasing the heart rate, which is most often associated with most fat burners. With green tea, dieters achieve weight loss without the jitters and side effects. Green tea extract itself is used as a weight loss supplement among its many other beneficial uses.
