Value Finally, a value size of the best metabolism booster.

Just Started to Use this but so far, so good. I realize that it's going to take some time to notice, due to the nature of it's working "from the inside out" to burn off fat, but I will continue to take this. I don't have a scale to weigh at home, but clothes fit & feel better & energy level is up! Also reading through Jordan Rubin's book. Good material.

It Bloated Me Terribly I bought this stuff in the giant size after reading all the reviews. I am working on speeding up my slow thyroid to lose weigh among other things and this seemed like a good choice to add to my program. Taking one pill blew my stomach up like a balloon which made me feel very anxious since being at that huge makes it hard to breath. I took 1 tiny capsule with "lunch" (a glass of alfalfa(1 tsp) and water which is all I eat mid-day). The pill seemed to require an extra couple of glasses of water which didn't help and even now, I am dying of thirst. Off for more water. The pill also caused a stomach ache. I know that my weight is a function of a very slow thyroid based on all the other symptoms but my thought after this dreadful experience is that this particular supplement may not be not a good choice for others who deal with low thyroid function. I have taken supplements all of my life and I've learned that some affect me differently than they affect other individuals. Most people love Rhodiola and that supplement makes me feel nervous. I'm writing this review so that others won't jump in full-boat without first trying this fairly expensive supplement either in another brand or in a smaller size.

Way too expensive Spent over $100 on this product. Wasn't sure if it was helping. Don't think so now. Also I think this was making me break out. But my husband thinks it helps him.

Definitely works but super costly Unfortunately the weight that easily flows off easily flows back on, so you have to keep taking this.
