Calorad®, when taken on a stomach empty of food for at least 3 hours, with a glass of water, directly before sleep, fuels and feeds that process. Just like any protein that builds the body, Calorad® builds in a heightened way when taken in the prescribed manner. For your protection, each Calorad® bottle is plastic vacuum sealed, and has a shelf life of approximately 18 months.

The beauty of the program is that it is simple. The only behavior shift necessary is the cessation of food intake 3 hours prior to sleep, which in and of itself is a very healthy behavioral shift. In most diets, the behavior modification is to deprive the body of calories or specific food groups (like carbohydrates). This leads to perhaps some quick fix weight reduction but results in the loss of muscle mass which is imperative for efficient food processing.

Calorad® PM comes in a Calorad® AM Formula and a Calorad® PM Formula. The Calorad® AM Formula has more collagen in it and is thus more expensive. Calorad® AM only comes in the Bovine extraction. Calorad® does not have to be refrigerated. Some find they taste the product less if it's cold others keep the product at their bedside. If you use up the bottle within a month and you keep it in a cool, dark place (not necessarily a refrigerator), its still fine. If the bottle has been opened for 90 days or more and has not been refrigerated, then we recommend not to use it. Refrigerating Calorad® will make it last longer.
