Directions

Acidophilus Pearls™ active cultures:
One capsule daily, with water or your favorite beverage. May be taken with or without food. Do not chew or crush.

Detox Activation™ cleansing formula:
Day 1-8: Take 5 tablets with 8 oz water in the evening. Day 9-10: Take 3 tablets with 8 oz water in the evening. Reduce dosage if you experience abdominal discomfort or diarrhea. If discomfort persists, discontinue use. Detox Activation is a Vegetarian Formula.

I have read review after review on this product. I was a little scared to start the two week program. Anyway I bit the bullet and started. I love it. No running to the bathroom or cramps like I read about. I have a ton more energy, and i've already lost 5 pounds after 3 days. The only part I don't like is the huge pills. My lord it took me forever to choke them down!!!

great purchase "I was feeling bloated and sluggish and decided it was time for a body cleansing. Off to vita-cost where I know I will find a great product at a great price. I chose Enzymatic because of its whole body cleansing as opposed to just the colon cleansing. It worked great and I feel great. My only comment was the directions give you "foods to avoid". It would be easier if they gave you foods to eat as it seems like you should avoid most foods. Not really a problem and I even lost 5 lbs. Staying on the good food and trying to lose another 5!"

Love this stuff! "I have used this product at least 3 times and it works fantastic! Im on the go alot and dont want to have to run to the bathroom or get stuck somewhere and feel like I "have to go". This product gives you a great cleanse. Comfortable, no cramping, no diahrea. It is important to follow the diet included as you do want to cleanse yourself. You will feel "lighter" and healthier than ever! I recommend this at least once or twice a year. I continue to take the Fiber Fusion, Super Milk Thistle, and Acidopholos Pearls on a daily basis to keep things running smooth! You will feel a whole new you."
