Wonderful product "Although it took 2 or 3 weeks to notice any difference in hot flashes & night sweats, this did help me sleep almost immediately. As a matter of fact, I almost felt too sleepy for a couple of weeks...actually even felt a little like the first trimester of pregnancy - ugh, but once that passed, its been a big help. Didnt eliminate my hot flashes and night sweats entirely, but definitely reduced them!"

This stuff is awesome! My mom started using Emerita Progesterone cream after having cancer and chemotherapy and her doctor took her off from Premarine HRT. The chemo greatly damaged her bones in her hips and back and she has excruciating pain, but she noticed once she started using this progesterone cream her pain was alleviated greatly. Don't know how it helps her pain, but she hurts much worse the week she is off from it. My mother is extremely happy to have found this wonderful product!

emerita progesterone cream "I have used this cream all throughout peri-menopause and it helped very successfully to regulate my menstral cycle, and to just balance my hormones. Now that I am in menopause and my period has stopped I still use it to still help balance the hormones. I notice if I run out, I start to feel off kilter. I have used many other brands, some that are cheaper and they do nothing, just a bunch of hype. This one has been recommended by many doctors. Use the correct dose, the 4 oz container will last you a few months."

Helps periomenopause symptoms! I started using this on the advice of a friend. It does ease the symptoms of periomenopause - sleeplessness, mood swings, bloating...BUT it didn't work immediately for me. I noticed gradual lessening of symptoms after about a week of use; if I forget to use it, they come back now but do ease again when I start using the cream again. My doctor recommended I try a prescription version made up by a compounding pharmacist, but I didn't like the way it smelled - this is not at all a "medicinal" smelling product, and it works just as well.

Positive results with this "I cant say enough about this progesterone cream. I have had problems in the past with my cycles getting shorter and shorter. EVERY time I get back on this cream, my cycles go back to a normal spacing. Other annoying PMS things seem to get better as well. Pro-gest calms This is a great product. I am in perimenopause. Pro-gest (emerita) has helped me with stress resilience very recently. I used it years back for PMS, insomnia (with good success) with a 4 yr gap. I started again when I felt I was really not coping as well as usual. It did the trick; I noticed an immediate effect first (within an hour of application), now I am at a maintenance level (and don't notice an immediate effect anymore) and doing good. I plan to cut back on the amount I have been using (1/2 tsp, 2x day).
