HA Effect I have been taking this product for about 8 months especially for my knees. I am a bicyclist and arthritis has caused a great deal of knee pain making riding difficult. Feel the difference I took "Move Free" glucosamine/chondroitin for my aching knees, but I still could not move freely. After combining with this capsule I feel more comfortable with my knees although the pain is not completely gone.

Hyaluronic Acid with Chondroitin Sulfate I've been taking this for a week and have already noticed a significant improvement in the fluidity of my knees which normally feel compressed and snap a lot. My back also feels more flexible and no longer compressed. I bought this mixture of HA for the health of my eyes since I learned that the vitreous fluid in the eye is HA molecules.
