Suggested Use:
Adults can start with three tablets twice daily for three days, then reduce to three tablets daily. For best utilization, take with meals.

This product is not meant to be used during pregnancy. If you are nursing, taking medication or planning a surgery, consult your doctor before using this product. Do not take this product if you are sensitive to pollens or are allergic to bees or bee products. If any adverse reactions occur, stop taking the product and consult your doctor. Limit usage to no more than 8 consecutive weeks. Can be resumed after 2 weeks.
