Dolphin Pals contain a balanced, full spectrum vitamin and mineral profile, including vitamins B-1, B-2 and B-3. Most gummy vitamins do not contain these essential B-vitamins because of their unpleasant tastes. Country Life has developed a process that effectively masks the vitamin taste while simultaneously lowering sugar content. A kid’s multi without all of the B vitamins is not a complete multi. Vitamin B-1 is very important for energy production, brain support and immune support. Vitamin B-2 is valuable for energy production and red blood cell formation. Vitamin B-3 (Niacin) supports circulation to the brain as well as energy production.
