Saw palmetto & Pygeum has been shown in clinical studies to have an important role in maintaining a healthy prostate. It may inhibit the actions of testosterone on the prostate, which causes enlargement of the prostate which interferes with urinary flow. It may also help improve urinary flow and reduce the frequency and urgency of urination in men with BPH (benign prostatic hyperplasia).

This system releases the phosphatides from their fatty matrix and acts as an emulsifier, assisting in the utilization of the essential volatile herbal components.
