"i have been taking papaya enzymes ever since i can remember; my mother used to give them to me when i had an upset stomach. now i give them to my very picky son, and he doesnt mind taking them at all. hed rather be sick than take maalox or pepto-bismol! papain is the enzyme that is in meat tenderizer; it is especially helpful in digesting proteins. with almost every meal i take "digestactiv," which is a blend of digestive enzymes, but i take papaya when eating meat or anytime my stomach feels unsettled. it can be taken after a meal or on an empty stomach. it probably wont satisfy a serious sweet tooth, but its nice to nibble on a few of these after a meal. i find them so delicious, i have to be careful not to gobble up a whole handful!"

I take papaya the meal before and for several meals after I exercise strenously (I wakeboard, which can make you feel like someone kicked you around the next day!) Works Great I had heard from my sister in law that these little pills work great for indegestion. I'm pregnant and I'm getting the worst heartburn ever. I'm not real excited about taking Tums or over the counter meds and this product works great. They are small and they taste good. They have helped eliminate all signs of heartburn and ingedgestion...I found that if taking 4 before a meal and then 4 after my meal that I have no heartburn and or urge to breath fire.

Tropical Papaya I've been using this particular digestive for years with excellent results. I chew on about five tablets if I've overeaten, and in 15 minutes my digestion starts improving. I've tried them all over the years; this one is the best.
