Great Seems like my weight has been more stable since I started taking Green Tea Extract daily.

Gentle to the stomach I have a very pragmatic approach of taking Green Tea supplements. I simply hope that it gives you all the benefits that is being foretold ;-) about it - so I drink both tons of green tea and take my green-tea supplements and hope that something gets through...However, what I liked with this specific brand was the reaction by both my wife and mother-in-law (both have very sensitive stomachs). My wife simply cannot take any other brand of green-tea supplement on empty stomach without getting nauseous...and my mother-in-law got over-night noticeably positive results, such as increased well- being, alertness without getting jittery and dramatically improvement of the digestive tract - her bowel movement has never been better :-) As a consumer, it’s really hard to pin-point advantage of one Green Tea brand above the other. (Assuming that you already counted the % of EGCG per pill and have done your homework estimating how much is required according to your personal needs). At least, I feel that the BioChem’s Green Tea has the same effect without the risk of getting nauseous.

I know green tea is herbal, organic, and combats a wide range of problems including skin aging, intestinal ailments, and more. I got the green tree extract tablets for all these benefits. With no time to drink a few cups of brewed green tea, i can easily take a tablet everyday. I take one each day, my family does too and when I'm on the road I just carry the easily portable bottle with me. It most certainly has energized my health and life!

Country Life BioChem I use this as an antioxidant. Green tea was recommended years ago by a therapist when I had prostate cancer, which I no longer have. This brand seems reasonably priced, and healthsuperstore.com ships it to me quickly.

((title)) i bought this stuff on a whim. not sure why. taking it every day, i notice an improved mood and mental clarity with an overall energy boost. dunno about weight loss, i have not been tracking that.

Very glad I switched Very good. I was using a liquid extract but I like these much better. They are a lot more practical and work better than what I was using. I am so happy that I decided to give them a try. I will never go back to liquid again
