This powerful formula is a complete blend of Psyllium and five other fibers in ideal proportions. These ingredients in Daily Fiber X work in a synergistic fashion to augment their inner health promoting properties. Both soluble and insoluble fiber are present in psyllium. Cellulose (capsule shell), magnesium stearate. This Country Life product is free of corn, wheat, soy, gluten, milk, starch, preservatives and artificial color.
Suggested Use:
Adults should take two capsules one hour before meals with a full glass of water. Begin use with two capsules per day and then gradually increase the dose to six per day over the course of one- two weeks.
