Quality Cal/Mag at a good price "This product uses high quality calcium in its highly absorbable organic form. My only complaint is that it doesnt contain any vitamin D. If you dont have access to year-round sunshine, its important to take a high quality vitamin D supplement. Cholecalciferol, or D3 is really the only form of Vitamin D that you should even consider, with a minimal dose of 400 IU daily. This form of Vitamin D is the natural form and has a very low incidence of hypervitaminosis, even at levels of 10,000 IU per day. I usually get about 4,000 IU per day. Vitamin D is very hard to come by in the diet and most dairy products are fortified with Calcidiol (D2). This form is prone to hypervitaminosis D and should never be used."

Little Known Impact "Okay, so this may be TMI.....but this supplement keeps my digestive system working regularly (if you know what I mean) and helps me sleep at night. The calcium is great for restful sleep, and the magnesium contributes to normal muscle contraction and relaxation. This blend has the best combo of calcium to magnesium."

Good Source of Calcium as citrate This calcium supplement contains calcium citrate, the form most easily absorbed, as well as the correct amt of magnesium for best absorbtion. It does not contain vit D however, which is VERY good news for those of us who do not tolerate that vit well and find it difficult to locate a supplement of this kind without the added vit D. Also great price.

You need take only 2 tablets per days to get 100% of the RDA, whereas most calcium supplements require you need to take several more pills to get 1,000 mg of calcium. Great price to boot! The only downside is that this product does not contain Vitamin D. I take this calcium product with my multi vitamin (which like almost all multi's contain Vitamin D), so this product is great.
