Suggested Use:
Initial (first serving): Take 1 softgel with a meal to assess your individual tolerance. If you experience any unusual occurrence, stop and consult your doctor. Directions For Regular Use: Take 1-2 softgels 3 times per day with meals. For best results, CLAmore should be used in combination with other Controlled Labs products, at least 1 gallon of water per day and a high protein/moderate carbohydrate diet.
