Suggested Use:
For original pancake recipe: Combine 2 scoops water to 2 scoops powder. Mix thoroughly. Cook approximately 300 to 350 degrees F for approximately 1 to 2 minutes per side. Adjust according for griddle variations. For higher protein alternate pancake recipes: Combine 1 scoop water and 1 and 1/2 scoops egg whites or egg beaters to 2 scoops powder. Mix thoroughly. About Chef Jays Chef Jay bought a little muffin shop after cooking for area Las Vegas hotels and eventually started providing local health clubs with healthy style bakery goods. One item was a health bar made of oats raisins and honey. Soon he started getting calls from people outside the Las Vegas area who wanted him to ship them my "delicious bars". Since then he has devoted his life to producing the best tasting healthiest bars available. He still makes them himself (with a lot of help from my team members) in the heart of Las Vegas although he has since moved out of that muffin shop and into that dream kitchen and facility that he had always wanted.
