excellent source of protein "Being a LapBand patient, I require approx. 60-65 grams of protein daily. Ive found that using the whey protein is tasty and gives me about 1/3 of my daily protein requirement. I prefer the natural flavor so that I can add fruit to my shake."

Good Stuff! I got this instead of the whey recommended on the Fat Flush Plan, and it does very well for a lot less. Very digestible and the taste is not overly sweet either - mixes very well.

I notice more definition and separation in my muscles ever since i started with this product. Very satisfying and filling in a shake or when taken with cereal. My Whey Protein Supplement of Choice "This product is produced by Country Life under the Biochem Sports product line which is a very reputable source. This is the only whey protein that I have been able to find that does not contain any artificial sweetners of any kind. It is also the highest quality form of protein, 100% whey protein isolate which contains no cholesterol or fat. This protein does not sit heavy in your stomach and digests very easily for me, which I can not say about other brands. The natural flavor makes it better for mixing with juices which I often like to do."
